Large Self Catering House:
Atlanta House - Theddlethorpe All Saints, Lincolnshire
Atlanta is a superb rural selfcatering large holiday house near the seaside with beautiful sandy beach close by, with all the luxuries you could wish for, including a heated indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi plus games room.
Atlanta offers ample bedrooms to cater for up to twenty guests, with ample room for everybody to comfortably move about the house without bumping into each other, giving you all the privacy you will want. There are a total of ten bedrooms, three with double beds (one en-suite), five twin beds, one triple (with en-suite) and one single. The sleeping accommodation is complimented by a total of six bath / shower rooms plus additional toilets.
Main Lounge
The large lounge offers relaxing sofas plus an open fireplace and is equipped with digital television, D.V.D player, music centre, plus a selection of D.V.Ds and CDs.
Second Lounge
Second Lounge There is a large lounge located on the first floor with kitchenette, fridge, microwave oven plus electric kettle.
Main Kitchen
The luxury fitted kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, including fitted cooker, microwave oven, large American style fridge / freezer, 24 piece place setting, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils,. In the lobby and utility room, a large American style washing machine, tumble drier plus dishwasher are available for your use.
Dining Room
The dining room, which caters for up to twenty guests, overlooks the well appointed garden and swimming pool enclosure. It offers French doors leading to the garden plus barbecue area. This is just the place in which to relax at the end of the day and enjoy sitting with all your family and friends!

Situated on the first floor, this large double bedroom includes wardrobes, television and a relaxing chair.

Situated on the first floor, this large double bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom.

Situated on the ground floor off the main hallway, this is a twin bedroom.

Situated on the ground floor next to the games room, this triple bedroom offers three single beds and an en-suite shower.

Situated on the ground floor next to the dining room, this is a large twin bedroom.
Bedroom 8
Situated on the ground floor, this is another twin bedroom.

Bedroom 10
Situated on the ground floor adjacent to the lounge, this is a double bedroom intended for single occupation.

Atlanta is located in the historic village of Theddlethorpe All Saints in Lincolnshire, close to the Wolds and sea with an abundance of attractions in nearby Mablethorpe, Cleethorpes plus Louth. Beautiful secret unspoilt sandy beach with dunes can be found just a mile away. There is a thatched old English Pub within walking distance with a friendly atmosphere and fantastic pub food, or you could visit any of the little surrounding villages, where there are many old world English pubs serving good value food, including famous Lincolnshire sausages plus pork pies.
Swimming Pool plus Spa
The heated indoor swimming pool is located in the extensive grounds, with sliding doors leading to the large well appointed gardens where you can play volley ball plus badminton. There is a large Jacuzzi in the swimming pool enclosure.
Games Room
The games room is located off the main hallway and is equipped with a full sized pool table, a selection of board games, dartboard, a selection of toys for our younger visitors, books, chess set, playing cards, puzzles and more.
Gardens
The house boasts a large well appointed garden with outdoor seating areas overlooking farmland and offers a wonderful place in which to just sit and relax.
