A tranquil retreat and a place to celebrate for you, your family and friends. Park Hall is a large self catering holiday home a wonderful country house by the sea, set in 2½ acres and just 300 metres from Cwmtydu Cove.
Suitable for gatherings for family plus friends, Park Hall accommodates up to twenty people to stay (eighteen + two children) with eight fine bedrooms, including one with a four poster bed. Park Hall ensures comfort plus privacy in beautiful surroundings.
Relax on the charming sandy beaches or enjoy many local attractions plus activities as varied as walking, fishing, pony trekking plus golf.
We look forward to welcoming you tothe peaceful and tranquil valley of Cwmtydu located on the picturesque Ceredigion Heritage Coast West Wales.
Park Hall is a large, Edwardian house by the sea which accommodates up to twenty people to stay. It offers three floors. An open fire plus central heating system, ensure comfort in winter and summer.
On the Ground Floor
Two Lounges
The main lounge offers satellite link (free channels only) television with video and D.V.D. (We have an extensive video library)
The smaller of the two lounges is also the piano room and a CD player is available for your use.
Games Room
To cater for different tastes, we have a pool table which can also be used for table tennis. Also available is a dart board plus a quantity of other board games.
The kitchen
The compact well equipped kitchen offers a liquid gas powered range with double oven, two larder fridges. There is a microwave oven with combined grill plus a dishwasher. There is a wide selection of large plus little saucepans and all the crockery and cutlery you need to cater for everyone. A separate utility room offers a washing machine, tumble drier plus ironing facilities and an upright fridge/freezer.
The Conservatory
It is easy to relax in the large conservatory with the superb view across the lawn and down the valley to the sea and cove below.
The conservatory is also the dining room. Since it stretches the length of this large house, a group of people can be accommodated and it offers seating for up to twenty.
Wedding ceremonies are held in this beautiful setting. French doors give easy access to the lawn plus well appointed garden outside.
The First and Second Floors
There are eight fine bedrooms, some are double or twin. Seven of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities, four have showers, three have baths.
The Grounds
The extensive grounds offer wonderful views of the nearby cove where seals and if you’re lucky a dolphin or two, can be viewed, often quite close to the shore.
