Large Holiday Accommodation:

Neuadd is a working farm of 180 acres ideally situated on the coastal road from Amlwch (A5025) within easy walking distance of Cemaes Bay village and beach (½m).

The village offers a large free car park and toilets, various shops including a Post Office, and Chemist. There are several hotels, public houses, and a fish and chip shop if you choose to dine out. A Heritage Centre offers and exhibition of the local history, café serving homemade snacks and cakes, and Telecentre with broadband internet access. Cemaes also offers its own Doctor's Surgery and Dental Practice.

Cemaes Bay is the most northerly village in Wales with a harbour, which is ideal for boating and fishing (trips can be arranged with local boat owners). The sandy beach, which has been awarded the Seaside Award Scheme Blue Flag for excellent standards of cleanliness, safety, and clean water, is sheltered by cliffs and is ideal for small children. Beach Wardens patrol the beach during the summer months. Two car parks provide ample parking, one with toilets and a beach kiosk. There are long cliff and inland walks, with well-maintained footpaths. These form part of the Anglesey coastal footpath. A 5th century church dedicated to St. Patrick stands on cliffs at Llanbadrig.

We let part of a large 350 year old farmhouse, fully furnished as a completely self-contained unit comfortably accommodating seven people.

This self catering accommodation is fully double glazed and centrally heated.

Self catering accommodation comprises: four bedrooms, eg. Family room with double and single bed, one large bedroom with a double bed, one room with twin beds and one single room (cot available). Duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases are provided. A bathroom offers a bath, with over head shower, wash basin and shaver point. There is a separate toilet with hand washbasin and airing cupboard. Guests are requested to bring their own towels.

A large fully equipped kitchen that contains an electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge / freezer and an automatic washer / dryer. A large table will seat seven people. This properties kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A door from the properties kitchen leads to a patio and orchard.

A large oak beamed lounge also has a dining table if your guests prefer to dine here. It has recently been refurbished in a traditional style to compliment the Victorian furniture. There is a colour television (which can receive Freeview digital programmes), video and DVD player. Additional heating system is in the form of a coal-effect electric fire.

There are ample parking spaces on the 30 yard driveway. Pets are welcome by arrangement.

There is an 18-hole golf course at Bull Bay and a Leisure Centre five miles away at Amlwch. Cemlyn Bird Sanctuary is 4 miles to the southwest - an important nesting place for the Terns and many other sea birds. The National Trust and the North Wales Wildlife protect the area.
