Copperfield stands proudly overlooking the Old Port Town of Bideford, its Bridge and the River Torridge and is five minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and pubs of Bideford.
Sleeping eighteen+ this large house offers large groups of families or friends the opportunity to enjoy a fantastic holiday under one roof.
Built in the 1890's this large detached Victorian Town house has been designed to take full advantage of the stunning views of Bideford.
Superb vantage points have been created including your own hot tub on the terrace which overlooks all of quaint Bideford.
Many of the eight bedrooms boast similar stunning views.
The accommodation at Copperfield is spread over three floors.
Downstairs.
On entering Copperfield via an original Victorian conservatory and into the hallway, there are doors to the Sitting Room, Dining
Room, Kitchen, Games Room, television Room and downstairs w/c.
The Sitting Room is a large elegant room with high ceilings, bay window with stunning views to Bideford, open fireplace, antique piano and ample comfortable sofas and armchairs.
The Dining Room offers similar elegant features to the Sitting Room and the two rooms can be made into one extremely large room by opening the two central dividing doors.
The large mahogany dining table capable of seating eighteen, a 1920's retro open fireplace and the bay windows all help to provide a unique atmosphere for your special dinner party!
The Kitchen contains all the necessary equipment to cater for eighteen people. The Rangemaster Cooker with two ovens and eight gas rings provide ample cooking facilities. The dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer, Washing machine and Tumble drier are all provided for your use.
Upstairs.
Copperfield offers four bedrooms on the first floor and four on the second floor. There are four ensuite bathrooms and two family
bathrooms.
Most of the bedrooms have spectacular views over the River Torridge and Bideford.
The first floor offers three double bedrooms all with ensuite facilities, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.
The second floor offers two double bedrooms one with ensuite facilities, two triple rooms...ideal for the children and a large family bathroom.
