Large Holiday Cottage Info:
Large holiday cottage: Rock House Farm - Alston, Cumbria.
Rock House Farm is a large farmhouse sleeping up to fourteen. It is much larger than the photo of the front would suggest, it is
built on the side of a hill and there’s another floor below!
The ground floor offers a large lounge, a lounge and a wide passageway that is a 'reading area' (and one of the three bathrooms).
The lounge offers a Television/Video/D.V.D and the lounge offers a Radio/CD/Tape.
The four bedrooms are:
• upstairs, a double bedroom with a four poster bed
• upstairs, a family bedroom with a double and two singles (and a cot)
• upstairs, a family bedroom with a double and two bunk beds (and a cot)
• downstairs, a family bedroom with a double and two singles (ensuite bathroom)
Downstairs there’s a large kitchen, a dining room and a utility room/conservatory. The dining table seats fourteen (and up to three high chairs). The large kitchen is geared for catering for large numbers, two electric cookers (i.e. two ovens two grills, eight hot plates), a shoulder high upright freezer and a matching larder fridge, two electric kettles, two toasters, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. The utility room offers a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a rotary clothes line outside.
The well appointed garden offers two tables with parasols, fourteen chairs and a barbeque.
